About the project
A residential project of 96 flats in two blocks, delivered with covered parking and landscaped common areas.
The project was built with a reinforced concrete frame and a structural design prepared under the current seismic code. A raft foundation was applied based on the soil survey.
The facade uses thermal insulation cladding and aluminium joinery. Common areas include a playground, walking paths and a two-level covered car park.
